Truly incredible peeler
This is a truly incredible peeler. You get zero pith when peeling basically every kind of citrus -- its night and day compared to your run of the mill Y vegetable peeler. I don't know how they do it, but its amazing.

A wonderful product, a lifetime tool that would work in any kitchen where you value quality over quantity.
It’s nice to be using a tool that is made like kitchen tools used to be - stainless, elegant form and simple - an embodiment of MCM in many respects.
