Great service before ordering, and the free samples helped me to assess the quality and suitability prior to ordering. I was looking for wood to match up with the original wood on my summer house, and whilst its not a perfect match it has more than done the job. Delivery was fairly quick and arrived on the day and at the time they stated it would. If the need arises for further timber I would definitely consider using Ruby again.
