size wise I fall right in the middle of the L/XL size. I bought the jazz tan, black, and lightest pink. I found the tights to be on the small size, but with careful repeated effort got them on. As for 30 years experience with support hose, they are thin and do not appear to be to made with 25% spandex. honestly, disappointed and feeling a bit ripped off.

These tights are true to size. Top quality material and the wide waistband is line-friendly. Won’t be buying anything but this style in the future!
