Faema Montréal Canada customer service is outstanding. They gave prompt, quality personal-touch service. The Faema team (owner, sales, managers, and staff) worked together seamlessly with no bueaocracy. I really appreciate seeing that kind of teamwork in a company. The glass sight level was broken on my LaPavoni and Michael dilligently and patiently helped me by phone to mail me the right parts, and the walked me through every step to replace them. He then spent time to give me tips and advice on how to make a good espresso and helped me find a quality low-to-no microplastic grinder. Faema's commitment to quality service and products is in the top tier of companies I have purchased from. As to the LaPavoni itself, I am pleased at how easily I could repair it myself (part of the reason I bought it). I am still learning how to use it like a pro, but so far am having alot of fun making great cappuccinos with a good amount of milk froth. Highly recommend Faema.

Absolutely the best tasting espresso from this machine once you learn the technique and adjust the grind. Beyond expectations.
