Want cut all the way through

The house wasn’t cut all the way through the wood. So upon trying to take the pieces out it broke. Even when using an exacto knife. I messaged the owner privately and it was such terrible customer service with a bad, bad attitude. I was not pleased. I’m sad because I was so excited to get this little house and build it. Will not be purchasing again just because of the customer service alone. She was rude and unhelpful.

Great kit

This is a fun kit, well cut and fun to put together. I was pleased to get the little furniture also..first time I have had that with a smaller house.
