The items purchased the awning and room arrived. I inspected the items find that the canvas type material was not as substantial as previous awnings I have owned in the past. When discussing this with Mr. Stern, I found his approach to my concerns were honest, professional, with a strong view for customer service. It is gratifying to find a person in the customer service field, that has principles, professionalism, knows today's customer and is willing to actively listen and looking for common ground to resolve an issue with respect for the customer.
