This is working great for me. I have no way to prove myself what it is actually filtering and trust that the lab tests Waters provides is accurate. I got this mainly to filter the chlorine and fluoride, and it's a bonus if it does filter the micro plastics too. If you want to get rid of hormones, medications or bacteria found in water you'd have to use a water distiller.... this comes in second place in comparison to what it filters for you. Taste is clean and good, happy for it's mobility to use anywhere I go. It a great product to have in case of an emergency as well to ensure many litres for months on end.
