Great product and even better customer service

I bought this as a Christmas present for our new granddaughter at the request of my ddaughter in law. She is thorough in her research and was very happy with it until she noticed a seam had split. I had previously dealt with Natalie in the support team who had been a massive help with a delayed delivery on the item. She ensured that I got it in time for Christmas for which I was very grayeful. However, she went above and beyond following my contact about the fault. She was so apologetic on behalf of the company and I got a replacement within a couple of days which was excellent customer service again. As I said, great product, even better customer service.
