I have a 70 lb fat tire e-bike. My first mount was too low because the rear tire still touched the ground. I realized the rear tire needed to be off the ground for stability. I raised the mount hook. Then I "lifted" the bike with a wood platform, rehung the bike, and removed the wood platform. Both tires now are off the ground and the bike is stable. The hook is easy to install and very sturdy. I took off 1 star because the instructions left out the need to have both tires off the ground.
