These socks are great. Not too thin or too thick. The strategically placed logo will be imprinted on your friend's retinas when you are dropping them. I found the length being slightly longer than it appears on the stock photos, which I personally like. I'd say these are mid-calf, so you are abiding the UCI socks rule. 😁 For reference I am 5'8", my shoe size is 9.5 and the L/XL socks fit perfectly.
