Wonderful caramels!
I discovered Hope’s Caramels at the Philadelphia Flower Show 3-4 years ago and it’s a lovely thing that I can order online and not have to wait a whole year for my next fix!!

Delicious!!
As always these caramels are delicious!! My husband likes them so much that he gave them to all of his direct reports at work. They really enjoyed them!
