When the littlest hands in the house snapped my initials bracelet I knew I could send it away to Ivy and Gold to be repaired and all would be well again. Without this excellent service, the bracelet would probably have been put in a drawer and likely never fixed. I am very impressed and grateful that the repair was quick and perfect and I have my treasured bracelet back on my wrist within a week!

I sent my bracelet off because I had worn it every day for several years and the elastic had stretched a bit. I received it back in a few days in perfect condition and no longer with the elastic showing. I’m very pleased with the service. My bracelet is like new.
