Edinburgh 100% Lambswool Scarf Chequer Tartan - Pastel Pink

Whilst the scarf arrived on time and was lovely quality it unfortunately didn’t match the picture. The colours were very insipid and washed out and not at all like the picture. I was disappointed as this was a gift very much based on the colours.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT REGARDING A RETURN

The scarf I bought was not the colour shown in the photo on Heritage of Scotland's website so I want to return it. I tried to contact Heritage of Scotland by email and phone several times but to no avail - and even the contact link on this survey doesn't work. I can only conclude they are not interested. Not impressed.
