TP Explorer Metal Climbing Frame Set & Ripple Slide

I purchased a TP Toys climbing frame over a week ago because it advertised 48-hour free delivery. I bought it so it would arrive in time for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Sadly, only the slide arrived and the climbing frame never did. I waited a couple of days, hoping the rest would turn up, but nothing. I contacted TP Toys, who said they had spoken to the courier and were adamant it would be delivered today (Monday). I was also promised a call from TP Toys first thing Monday morning. Neither happened. My daughter was absolutely gutted. I had even arranged for my dad, who lives 1.5 hours away, to drive over and help. I had told her it would be ready when she came home from nursery. I understand delivery issues happen, but the lack of communication has been dreadful. Being promised a delivery and a phone call that never happened is incredibly disappointing. Sadly, this has ruined what was meant to be a very special birthday surprise. I expected much better from TP Toys.

I thought it would look cheap but it looks amazing. Only downside is the slide is not as slippery and bars need to labeled as not all of them are. Overall it’s 5 from me for the quality and price.
