Fancy Tight-Skinned Medjool Dates

Product and delivery both totally satisfactory. I will enjoy them stuffed with nuts, coated in chocolate, baked in bread for the holidays. Nice to have a good supply that can be kept in fridge or freezer.

I have enjoyed fancy tight skin dates for 4 decades. So, I am familiar with the various varieties. When I ordered the 5 lb. tight skin fancy medjool dates for $49.99, I was expecting exactly what I paid for. Much to my extreme disappointment I received a 5 lb box of sub standard dates. They were definitely not the tight skin fancy medjool dates. Their taste, shape and size were all closer to the ruhab mixed in with halawi dates. Furthermore you had the audacity to charge me $49.99 plus shipping. On your website you have the 5 lb ruhab dates for $35.99 . I don't appreciate deception whatsoever. Please refund me $14.99 that I think I deserve. Because I didn't receive the fancy tight skin medjool dates. You sent me the incorrect order yet you charged for the more expensive dates. I hope this makes sense to you. I'm looking forward to my $14.99. I do NOT plan on making any future purchases due to the deception. I will NOT accept a discount for future purchases.

Dates are one of my favorite treats. This week I am having date and cream cheese sandwiches every day for lunch. I always order from you because I know I will get the best dates! Thank you! 😊
