Great Customer Service. Beautiful Product

I accidentally ordered gift wrapping with no product. To be fair: I had just ordered one and put it on a jacket but after laying my jacket on my bed for a few minutes, I came back to my puppy on my bed, happily chomping on Clyde, my turquoise coo. Devastated, I reordered later that night. Accidentally, I only ordered gift wrapping only with no product. I was contacted almost immediately of my error and responded with my story. They immediately refunded the gift wrapping charge and I corrected my reorder. We had a chuckle about naughty puppies and I had a replacement brooch in just a few days!
