Sontse Necklace

I originally had this necklace in 2024 and it was my favorite necklace, the quality was amazing and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was stolen from my luggage this year & when I saw it went back in stock, I ordered a new one immediately. I got my package and was so excited, only to open it and be dissapointed in the quality. The necklace I had from 2024 was amazing and this new one felt so light and cheap, almost like plastic. I am incredibly dissapointed in this brand for not only reducing the quality, but also increasing the price. Im even more upset that I cannot get a full refund & had to settle and get store credit. The brand was way better before. I cannot speak for other items sold but I would stear clear from ordering this necklace.
