Neoprene Heat-Tech Warmth Swim Cap
Not yet worn this in the open water, saving it for next month when temperatures dip further. Fits very well, is comfortable and kept my head warm in the pool at home. . . . which is actually colder than the sea at the moment

Thermal Cap
Purchased this cap to complement my Aspire Thermal suit. Swam daily in the Lakes last week and despite some cold water temperatures I never experienced water shock. The cap is light, flexible and really warm. Remember though to use anti chafing stick on your neck when swimming for more than 20 minutes

Neoprene swim cap
Super product: great fit, comfortable, kept me nice and warm during the 3+ hours that I was swimming the Dart 10km swim. It rubbed a little bit under the chin, probably due to the salty water, so I'd advise applying skin cream for longer swims. But it's an excellent product.
