Diamond Initial Heart Necklace

I love this necklace, never take it off! Such good quality, a very special to me :)

I was very disappointed with the quality of the necklace. The letters were not assembled the same way even though the were both “M”s. The necklace did not look well on because of this and for the money, it should have been a better quality. I had corresponded with Customer Service and they were less than helpful at resolving the issue. Its such a shame because it was a personalized piece for a friends 40th birthday.
