I was introduced to Charger’s Chocolate Chipotle about three years ago, and haven’t had enough since. It’s got a good amount of heat, softened with chocolate that is deep and rich. This is no ordinary hot sauce. Good on everything from sausages to ice cream, it’s the bomb for tacos.
