Buff Pump

This is my fifth time ordering a tub of creatine. I initially started using this brand because of Julia Renee. I love their podcast so much that I thought I might as well. Try it but what kept me coming back is the amazing quality. It is never gritty. It always dissolves pretty fast and it’s good with their pre-workout and any of my other brands of pre-workout as well definitely worth the money. The flavor is good. i’ve tried all the flavors and I definitely say this is my favorite. The blue raspberry second and the lemonade is third, but they’re all really good.

Get ready to feel the tingles. Began working immediately-for being non stimulant, this has a bit of a nice pick me up, the taste, the tingles -and a nice pump. It carried me through a moderately heavy lifting session.

The flavor is incredible, and I love that it gives me that little *extra* for a workout without making my heart race from caffeine! It is also great for afternoon workouts.
