Unfortunately I have to review poorly after this being my second purchase from gym beast. I received my items well over a week ago, but the pre workout was well out of date and showing as expired. I only realised this after trying a couple of scoops and wondering why I felt a bit ropey therefore realising the fault. I sent two emails to gym beast with no reply. I eventually made contact through Instagram. I sent pics to show this. last Wednesday I did receive back a voice note and a couple of blunt messages back confirming this would be replaced and I asked for the same product (Thursday last week). I sent the order number and personal details but remains unread. A follow up message was then sent on Saturday asking for a response/when is the replacement being sent, still unread. I dont like leaving bad reviews especially with something so minor but it was expired, nearly £60 pre workout and consumed making me feel bad, not good. I hope this is resolved.
