Great customer service! Beautiful shoe, just wish they had half sizes as I'm a 5.5, 6 is a little bit too big, but a 5 is too small generally. I went with a 6, slightly big as expected but has nice padding and straps should hold me in. Again, very nice customer service and packaging was good. (Hope all the papers included are eco-friendly and made from recycled materials)
