Chewed flaps

I ordered 200 Smart mailers recently, 10x13, black. When I received them, the clear plastic bag (that held the bundle) was not sealed. This is obviously not a big deal. However, I found that about two dozen of the mailers were damaged. On these mailers, one end of the flap looked like it had been chewed. As a result, the plastic strip covering the adhesive didn't fully cover the glue, and a bunch of these mailers were stuck together. I was still able to pull the mailers apart, and use them. I was able to seal the flaps with a bit of tape. But y'know, not a great experience. It's too bad you no longer offer these as custom printed mailers. I ordered those previously, and I really liked them.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the wrong size bags. My email was responded to within a couple hours. And in the evening! They were very willing to help me make an exchange. The bags are very good quality as well.
