Lost in quickly

Hello, I purchased this labret like 2 weeks ago . I put in in the flap of my ear opening. It stayed in with no problems for the 2 weeks up until yesterday I went swimming and it came out while I was swimming. So now I do not have it anymore. I am disappointed .
