Castanets - Yes!!!

I recently purchased a pair of the maple castanets for my 10 inch Louson Cajon Tab, and I’m so glad I did. Adding those castanets adds a new sound and a new dimension to my portable Cajon sound. It’s amazing to me when I think about the diversity of sounds that are now accessible to me when I’m jamming away on my Cajon. In my classroom, my students perk up when they hear the sound of the castanets as if to say, “Where did THAT sound come from?” And on a recent solo gig , it was great having that extra clicky sound to play with. The Louson Cajon Tab is a winner instrument, and even BETTER with the castanets. Don’t hesitate. Get them!

Really nice click sound!!

These castanets were super easy to apply and use right out of the box. Once installed they opened up an entire other sound option for my CajonTab!! I love being able to bring out the clicking accents while playing with my band! A must have if you own a CajonTab or even an acoustic guitar!!

Add on clickers

These add another dimension of sounds for my drum. I can click one or both with snare sound or while slapping both surfaces of the drum and the click. Definitely adds variety to my playing when I want.
