R U OK? Day Cupcakes

I recently ordered cupcakes for our R U OK? Day event. Unfortunately, I received the mini cupcakes instead of the regular-sized cupcakes I ordered, and one box also arrived damaged. However, I completely understand that mistakes can happen, especially during such a busy time. What I really appreciated was how quickly the team responded and resolved the issue. They were very helpful and also provided a 50% refund, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the cupcakes tasted really good! 😋🧁 Thank you for the quick response and great customer service. I definitely appreciate how you handled the situation, and I would be happy to order from you again. 😊

The cupcakes were the star of the day, the way that butter cream melted in our team’s mouth, we really appreciate the professionalism that went into making these, we actually didnt buy wnough as everyone wanted more! Will be coming back next year for our event again
