Brazil Cerrado

We use this in our Moccamaster drip system. We tried a LOT of coffee, far and wide. We found the darker roasts to be too burnt for our tastes, and the lighter roasts to be too fruity and acidic. The Brazil Roast hits all the notes we were looking for, without the stuff we weren’t looking for. We are super happy, and it’s a roaster local to us.

We love this through our Moccamaster. Not over roasted. Not citrusy.
