We've been taking this product for about a year now. It's a great source of prebiotic and probiotic in one capsule along with other crucial supplements needed. My kids take a ton of pills each day, so it's nice to have some of these necessary supplements all in one.

I started taking this probiotic almost a week ago, and I've already noticed that I'm going more regularly. It absolutely makes me feel so amazing. I'm so glad I bought this probiotic for myself.
