I’m not normally into smoked things, & this one’s probably not for the uninitiated, but these little pearls are packed with nutrient-rich flavor. You get the smokiness right away, then the delicate flavor of the trout roe & pop of the pearls! Definetly have some champagne or whatever as both a palette enhancer & cleanser. Buon appetito!
