Love mashed potatoes squash us it on top my meat pies or anywhere in place of potatoes. My all time favorite squash.

All seeds germinated
Seeds germinated well and are growing well indoors still. Will have to see how well they perform after being planted in the ground.

Still growing strong. all seeds took which speaks to their quality (and my gardening abilities of course). I tasted potato squash last year and can't wait to have a go at my own crop shortly.
