Clover overgrowth
I ended up with mainly a clover lawn. Fescue did not grow well despite lots of watering, lots of sun and reseeding twice. For the amount of money I spend laying new turf, I am not happy the way it turned out. I may not get chafer beetles/grubs again, but the neighbours lawns look way better using hardware store seed and fertilizer.

Excellent high quality seed. Worth every penny.

excellent germination, only a handful of weeds showed up.
I did not realize that I needed to bury the seed. It was just pressed in with a heavy roller. Plus, I should have waited until May as the April nights were too cold for germination. I reordered seed, scuffed up the 2022 square feet of lawn and started over. 6 weeks later after careful attention to watering it is beautiful lush green lawn. And I will do my best to keep it that way.
