Tasty addition to salads
The fronds and young leaves of Parsley Peas are a crunchy and flavourful addition to salads. They taste just like freshly picked green peas, and as long as you keep picking each plant will continue to produce.

These are great
I soaked them in trays like I would any sprouts, I then decided that I. Really want to see how a full sized plant looks and grows so I have transferred them outside into big pots and if they grow like regular peas and climb I will provide a teepee type trellis. It’s a science project for now, but the sprouts tasted crunchy a just like peas. I love them, they sprouted almost overnight. I recommend. I am waiting impatiently for the big tendrils for salads. Big thumbs up.

Parsley pea
Grow these indoors in the cooler months to provide tasty tendrils for salads, etc. If you only cut off the upper tendrils the plant will continue to grow and produce more tendrils. Can also be grown outdoors when the weather is warm enough.
