Microgreen Mustard Seeds

Reliable results

Seeds germinate in 2-3 days 100%. Once they are all growing I remove the weight and grow in darkness for 36 hours. They are placed under LED tubes 16 hours per day on day 5 and are ready for harvest from day 8.

My microgreen garden is a hit. Mustard and arugula have been particularly successful. The beets weren’t quite as fab but I’m about to try sunflowers. It’s a covid cheer-up.

Yummy AND nutritious!

These took a few days longer to sprout than my broccoli or pac choi, but oh so yum!! The sharp bite of mustard adds a nice pick me up with my poached eggs!!
