Great germination
I planted these in Jiffy pellets in a covered plastic unit. They came up quickly and are growing well in paper cups and milk boxes. I live in zone 2-3 so currently I set the trays outside daily but bring them indoors at supper time. I look forward to setting them out by May 26 in 2 areas of my

Peredovik Sunflowers
I didn't plan on planting sunflowers, as I've never had success. I picked this cultivar because the catalogue said birds would enjoy the seeds. So far, I'm really happy, as the majority of the seeds I have planted have germinated and are happily growing in my garden.
