Summer Savory
Despite my compost turning out to be lame, the Savory sprouted well and filled its area completely! I just harvested it and its drying outside as we speak. Pungent and strongly flavored, its a perfect accompaniment to summer veggies and I'm looking forward to tossing it into soups and stews come fall.

The Summer Savory is growing OK. It may be our California valley weather is much too hot for it. But I am looking forward to seeing how well it will do in our summer heat and using it later. I enjoy reading West Coast Seeds gardening articles and advice. Always seem to learn something new.
