Handheld Fret Press

This is such a deal im still having a hard time believing its true. Wonderful press and priced right

Listen, I work in my local string shop where we are outfitted with S.M.'s finest fretting tools. Including their 369.00 dollar handheld fret press. It's a wonderful tool that "does the thing" but, for Elmers sale price of 108 dollars for the whole set with neck cawls and radiused fret presses across the board is a seriously good buy even if they weren't great. But, it works PERFECTLY. I've done two refrets with it thus far, and it seats firmly (assuming your fret slots are prepped properly) and evenly and the handfeel is natural and you can feel the fret seating as you clamp down. The presses leave plenty of room to veiw the seating process clearly. I would buy again for the full 120 dollar price again without batting an eye, and i think you should do the same. This is a no brainer. No buyers remorse here, just another solid addition to the shop. The only difference between the two would be SM version is a little "beefy-er". But ill be honest the Elmer feels better in my hand. Thanks again to Elmer for making great luthier supplies at affordable prices that dont hinder your valuable shop time with lousy sub par workmanship that slows you down.
