The quality of the sewing is terrible. The waist is to long. The hem looks completely unfinished and the pleating is off. For a skirt that I paid over $300 for! The lining is cheap!!!! And feels like the cheapest fake satin/silk material. The skirt fabric is adorable! And good quality, but the lining and the sewing craftsman ship make it look cheap! I’m very disappointed in the quality of the sewing, every picture in the website looks incredibly tailored and perfect. The skirt I received does not look at all like the model pictures that are on the website. The pleating and hemline are so bad that the skirt looks like a bubble skirt!!! Not the look of the skirt in any pictures on the website... I paid a good amount of money for this skirt and it looks like something you could get from China for $40!! The company is all about “made in the American south” it doesn’t look like the craftsmanship I paid for! my package was shipped to me from Delaware, as well. Maybe they contract out the sewing ? That’s the only thing I can think of as to why my skirt is not the quality I was expecting.
