Great Keepsake Box for Pet Memories - Excellent Customer Service

I ordered this box after my dog passed away. When it arrived, it was very damaged on the inside - it looked like it had happened during manufacturing because the box had been packaged very well for shipping. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new box immediately. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. My new box came in perfect condition and I was able to fit everything that I had planned on storing nicely in the box. My dog was a small chihuahua, so his harness and favorite little toy fit in the drawers after I removed the dividers. But the drawers are not deep - this is not something you could use to store larger items as other reviewers have mentioned. I am using this to store photos, condolence cards, adoption papers, paw prints, and the items I mentioned above. If that's what you're looking for then this is perfect. I also loved all of the labels that came with the box. It is sitting in a prominent spot on my bookshelf and I know I'll cherish it for years to come.

Lovely, with sizes that could be better customized for pet items

I love the general design of the Savor Keepsake boxes- this is the FOURTH one I've bought (this one for myself, the others were gifts)! However, the one-size-fits-all approach just doesn't work in context of a pet vault or memorial box. The drawers are waaaaaay too small to fit the items listed on the accompanying labels (I could barely squeeze in my beloved, tiny pit bull's collar, let alone her leash, clothing, or anything else (there is a label for "blanket"!! Do they mean "a tiny piece of a blanket"?). I did like having the file folders for her veterinary records and adoption paperwork. So, still a really great product, but not exceptional. A minus/ B plus.

The perfect gift!

My brother’s dog of 12 years recently passed, and this was the perfect gift for him and his wife. They were touched and it was therapeutic for all of us to work on it together and share in all the happiness their little pup brought us over the years. I highly recommend!
