Firm!
The cup size is great, nice and firm for working out and good coverage. The back, which for me is often too loose, is surprisingly small and a bit too tight, I've added a bra extender until it's worn in a bit. History tells me this is better than the back being too loose and if I go up a size the cups are gaping. Overall happy with my purchase and would buy again, but glad I had an extender handy.
