The initial pair of glasses that were sent to me had an issue so I sent an email with a picture to customer service and they dealt with it immediately. Overall, I am definitely pleased with my purchase. The glasses look good and function great, especially considering the price I paid. The only thing I would say that they could do to improve them is to include a carrying case.
