WIFI doesn’t work and poor customer service

The WIFI doesn’t work. Unpacked it, looks great, but no WIFI which was the reason for me buying it so I could turn it on remotely. Have spoken to Castle Heaters and the latest reply is ‘send it back for repair, however our engineer is off for 3 weeks’ - so appalling service. I would’ve expected a new replacement. Very disappointed.

Great heater

Heater arrived yesterday and now setup in the cabin. Love the look of this heater (in black) and the WiFi functionality/thermostat was just what I wanted. Setup on phone was easy. Heated the cabin (4x3m) pretty easily this morning. Haven’t done a timer/schedule yet but seems that can all be done on the app which is handy. Overall, really pleased and better priced than the first one I found of this type and functionality.

Brilliant heater

We have old 10mm pipes and a really code kitchen - hot upstairs cold downstairs - bought this as sick of being ice cold it’s the best ! Not going to put it ok the wall as will move it away in the summer months but the heat it kicks out and the best thing is the silence !
