Great product, terrible communication

The sample was fantastic—exactly what I was looking for. However, despite Pravada promoting its accessibility to small businesses with low MOQs, I’ve been trying to place a bulk order for two weeks with no response. It’s disappointing to see a company market itself as small-business friendly but then ignore a paying customer. I was hoping to build a long-term partnership, but after this experience, I’ve started looking elsewhere for a manufacturer that actually values communication.
