Kalanchoe daigremontiana 'Mother of Thousands'

Ordered on the 9th, shipped on the 12th, received on the 22nd. Package was lost for over a week. Emailed them twice before package arrived, informing them of lost package, never received any sort of response! When i finally received the order, package was damaged and all plants were dead. Emailed for the 3rd time asking for replacements or a refund and still nothing! $32 might not seem like a lot to get upset about, but it is to me!

Arrive ok, very flimsy to the touch, loss of a few leaves, dirt completely dry, lots of dirt spillage, shipping on whole order was inaccurate and tracking was not updated at all.

They were in decent shape. Only thing that sucked was they were not in any kind of pot so dirt everywhere
