Standard "Big" Booty & Legs Workout Program - At Home

Im very disappointed. There was no description regarding the workout plan saying that it was only a printed pdf file of the exercises. If I had known that, I never would have bought it. I am not sure I’m doing the exercises correctly without any sort of video demonstration. which turns whatcould be a one or 1 1/2 hour workout into a 3 hr workout considering I need to look up almost every exercise to make sure I am doing it correctly. This is so frustrating I have given up on the program. I feel almost as if this was a bait and switch. I went from being so excited for a Carriejune program to having a completely different regard for her and her “programs”….

Not quite what i expected for the price regardless of the promotion. There’s only 2 weeks worth of exercises which is disappointing, at least be honest other than writing inside there’s only so many exercises - that’s true but format them for the full amount of time.. do better Miss Carrie June.

Grate workout experience! All at home out here in the sticks which make commuting to a gym not so convenient as my schedule is kinda wonky already so there's a lot of that game rush being played, which also sadly messes with my work out times but even though I don't make it through every workout on that days list and using only resistance bands and dumbbells but yet I'm still seeing and feeling positive results makes me happy with my purchase!
