My hairdresser told me to order this color to keep my hair color as she did after I moved. I was able to order it but had to get developer for it from store and ask how to use it since no instructions were provided.

Amazing Product and Customer Service

I've been using this product line for years and absolutely love it! Last week I placed an order for various shades. Two particular shades I required were out of stock at the time however after emailing their Customer Service Dept. to advise me when they come in, I was advised that the product was now restocked and I could place my order. In order to avoid additional shipping costs, I asked if they could locate the order that I placed that day, add the two items and have an additional payment processed to cover. My request was honored. My product was received on the weekend. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
