Best online Experience
The customer service and online experience from OTAA is the best I have come across to date. From the facebook/messanger tracking updates, and the far from "business Standard" communications being light hearted and personable. Not to mention the handful of comments on the impeccable tie choice for the Melbourne Spring carnival. Will be back again for sure. Jarrad

Impressed!!!
When my hand picked ties arrived on their silk pillow carried by your amazing staff I was blown away. This was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve had since the invention of the internet , if not longer. The selection your now 6 person staff ( condolences to the cryer who no longer works there) puts together is unbelievable and something that’s impossible to find up here in icy lol but very pleasant eastern Canada , hows she goin bye!!!!! So I’ll be bring my Cape Breton Nova Scotia friends to your website because we too enjoy a good laugh and your website and selection are second to none. One final note, that confirmation email was hands down the funnest read!! Y’all killed it no doubt me son , you have a repeat customer here . I’ll be sending ya pictures of my wedding that happens June 14!!!
