Brush with no Bottle

I ordered the Owala brush, boot, and custom Tumbler. I received my Brush and Boot order very quickly. I had to wait approximately 2 weeks for my Tumbler to be shipped. After 2 weeks of waiting, the time my item should have been shipped, I received an email that the image I requested to be printed was too detailed and couldn't be accomplished. They said they would cancel my order and refund me for the purchase. I was disappointed the item couldn't be customized but I would've at least hoped I wouldn't have had to wait the entire order wait time to get that information. At the very least, reaching earlier, to notify me so that I could adjust the image to something simpler. Their customer service department would not make the time to understand my concern or address them either. I was very excited to have my own Owala tumbler but this experience has left me feeling dejected.

Wish the product would have just come with the brush itself. Getting brusheads only for 10 dollars is a bit much😭. Especially if this is more of an onboarding package deal.

Perfectly designed

Really love that the brush / straw brush is a combo. The drainage hole at the bottom is great!
