I had this necklace customized with the Roya necklace in white gold and yellow gold with a name plate rather than just one initial. Megan got back to me instantly with a price and detailed questions about what I wanted. They sent me a photo of the name plate dont shortly after I ordered it. They offered multiple options for how to customize to my liking. Communication was prompt and helpful and so kind. The necklace is gorgeous! Delicate and dainty and quality. I would totally go back and customize more jewelry with them. They’ve been wonderful and so kind! The necklace was made AND delivered 1-2 weeks earlier than anticipated!
