Bought the XS for my son, I followed the size guide, which should be a regular fit on him, he couldn’t even get his arm in, it was way to tight at the bicep end. Didn’t feel the fabic was that good quality. Sent it back and went with 2xu, way better quality.

I’ve been plague with debilitating epicondylitis (tennis elbow) for some months, preventing my return to regular pickleball. These Base Compression sleeves have been a saviour.
